Montenegro is a southeastern European country that is located near the Adriatic Sea. It is a sovereign state which has an area of 13,812 km2 with a population of almost 620 thousand. The tax rate on personal income is 9%. General VAT rate is 19%.

The Montenegro Economic Citizenship Program (MECP) also known as ‘Special investment scheme’ offers foreign and non-EU persons citizenship by admission through a designated investment.

The candidate is required to be over 18 years of age with a clear criminal record and good health. This application can be applied for your family and children as well. Only 2000 applications will be accepted and will run for a limited period of three years.
