Every application Bayat Group files is filed under an authorisation held in the name of a Bayat entity. The register below reproduces each authorisation, names the authority that issued it, states what it permits, and hands over the document itself.
Submissions go to the program unit from a Bayat entity that holds the authorisation, not through an intermediary agent of record.
Each entry states which of the three group entities holds the authorisation, which unit issued it and what it permits. Nothing is asserted in general terms.
Every issuing unit maintains a public list of its authorised agents. Compare it against the register below, and against the documents themselves, before you instruct anyone.

Each program unit publishes its own list of authorised agents and promoters. Every document above carries its licence number on its face — take it to the issuing unit and check it directly before you instruct us or anyone else.
Every entry above is read off the document it opens: the holding entity, the issuing authority, the year and the reference number are transcribed from the original, and the preview beside each entry shows that original in full and offers it to download. Nothing is listed that cannot be opened — the firm holds further authorisations whose originals have not yet been supplied for publication, and those are absent rather than asserted here. Three Saint Lucia certificates were supplied as the issuing unit’s own watermarked file copies, and their captions say so.
