Citizenship by Investment
Six qualifying routes and not one of them a contribution you write off — property from USD 400,000, resalable after three years, with a passport that opens the US E-2 visa.
Citizenship in exchange for a property investment of at least USD 400,000, or one of five alternatives. Uniquely among the programs on this site, none of them is a donation — every route leaves you holding the asset.
Turkish citizens travel visa-free to over 111 countries and territories.
Turkish passport holders can relocate to the United States and establish a business through the E-2 Investor Visa.
Property bought under the program can be rented out, and may be resold once the three-year holding period is up.
Three to six months, completed remotely. No prior experience and no language requirement.
No tax on worldwide income, capital gains, gifts, wealth or inheritance.
Citizens have access to state health services — medical treatment, emergency and preventive care.
The family scope is narrower than the Caribbean programs: a spouse, children under 18, and disabled children of any age. Parents, siblings and adult children are not included.
Citizenship passes to your descendants, dual nationality is permitted, and applicants are not required to disclose their source of funds.
Every Caribbean program we handle lets you invest only after your application is conditionally approved. Türkiye is the other way round: the qualifying investment is made at step three, and the government's due diligence review follows at step four. Your money moves before the decision does. That is why our own screening happens first — step one exists to find any reason for refusal while it still costs you nothing.
From eligibility to passport issuance, the Bayat Group panel keeps every document, decision and milestone in one place — guided by Pathinnova AI and reviewed by our legal team.
Any one of six routes qualifies. Property is the cheapest at USD 400,000; the four financial routes sit at USD 500,000 and are held for three years; the last asks for fifty jobs instead of a sum.
Any one of these qualifies. None is a donation — each leaves you holding the asset, the deposit or the business.
The investment does not change with household size here — only the per-person forms and passports do. Eligible dependents are a spouse, children under 18, and disabled children of any age.
The total above is deliberately incomplete. Türkiye publishes no statutory fee for background screening, but every applicant goes through mandatory compliance and verification; those costs run through authorised legal or advisory providers and come to several thousand US dollars per applicant depending on the complexity of the case and the family composition. We would rather show you a total with a hole in it than a precise figure that turns out to be wrong. Shares in a Turkish real-estate investment fund or venture capital investment fund are a further qualifying route; the published summary lists it without a figure, so it is not priced here. Purchase taxes, agency and conveyancing costs on a property route are additional and depend on the transaction. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.
Select a step to see what happens — and note where the investment falls.
Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment. This is designed to minimise the risk of a denial before anything is committed.
