Citizenship by Investment
Second citizenship in the eastern Caribbean — from USD 230,000, decided in four to six months, with the region's most generous family policy.
Citizenship in exchange for a qualified investment or contribution. The first passport runs five years; renewing it for a further ten asks only that you spend five days on the islands in that time.
Visa-free, visa-on-arrival or ETA access to 165 jurisdictions — including the EU and UK, Russia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Spouse, children under 30, unmarried siblings under 28, parents and grandparents over 55 — with no proof of financial dependency for children.
A spouse and biological or adopted children under 35 can join the family after your application has already been approved.
No personal income tax, no wealth tax, no gift tax, no inheritance tax and no capital gains tax.
The program has run under Antigua & Barbuda's own legislation for over a decade, and carries government guarantees.
The qualified investment is made only once your application has received conditional approval — never before.
No requirement to renounce your existing nationality, and no residency to establish before you apply.
A high standard of living, a favourable climate and a secure environment — the reason so many large families choose it.
From eligibility to passport issuance, the Bayat Group panel keeps every document, decision and milestone in one place — guided by Pathinnova AI and reviewed by our legal team.
Qualification runs through one of four government-approved routes. Choose the one that fits, size it to your household, and the schedule below re-derives itself as you go.
Select the clause that describes your investment. Each route carries its own base, its own processing ladder and its own conditions.
Due diligence is priced at the adult rate: dependents aged 12 to 17 are USD 2,000 each and children under 12 are free, so a household with minors comes in below the figure above. Under the business route the spouse's due-diligence fee is USD 7,500 rather than USD 5,000. Real-estate investments must be held for at least five years, and the University of West Indies donation requires a minimum of six applicants. Passport renewal after five years costs USD 1,000 per adult and USD 500 per dependent. Figures are indicative, non-binding, and confirmed during due diligence.

Bayat Group's compliance team conducts an internal due diligence check — a background security screening of the applicant, preparation of KYC (Know Your Client) documentation, and a qualification assessment against the program's requirements.
