Welcome to Bayat Immigration Services (BIS)/ Bayat Legal Services (BLS). By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
BIS/BLS provides immigration, residency, citizenship, commercial corporate and related consultancy services. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or immigration advice.
The use of our services does not guarantee the approval of any visa, residency, citizenship, or immigration application. All applications are subject to the review and approval of the relevant government authorities.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and supporting documents. BIS/BLS shall not be responsible for delays, refusals, or rejections resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
All fees paid for services are subject to the terms of the applicable Retainer Agreement or Service Agreement signed with the client.
BIS/BLS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the signed Retainer Agreement or Service Agreement.
Government fees, due diligence fees, application fees, courier charges, translation fees, legalization fees, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once paid.
Professional fees may be refundable only to the extent specified in the applicable agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to account@bayatgroup.com
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible and may take between 15 and 45 business days depending on banking procedures.
Service Delivery Policy
BIS/BLS provides professional immigration, residency, citizenship, and legal consultancy services.
Services commence upon receipt of the required payment and execution of the relevant Retainer Agreement or Service Agreement.
Processing times vary depending on the immigration program, government authority, and third-party service providers involved. Therefore, BIS/BLS cannot guarantee specific processing times or outcomes.
Clients will receive updates regarding the progress of their applications through email, telephone, or other agreed communication channels.
Service delivery is deemed completed once the agreed professional services have been provided, irrespective of the final decision made by the relevant authority.
Where a signed Retainer Agreement or Service Agreement says something different from this page, that agreement governs the engagement. Questions about the terms of your own matter belong with your advisor — our offices are listed on the contact page.
